10K Club Terms & Advertising Disclosure
Membership
The 10K Club is a paid annual marketing membership priced at $2,500 unless otherwise stated in writing. The membership includes 10,000 digital display ad impressions per month for 12 months, for a total planned annual allocation of 120,000 impressions.
Meaning of “free impressions”
References to “10,000 free ad impressions per month” mean that the monthly impression allocation is included at no additional media charge with the paid annual membership. The membership itself is not free.
Additional / heavy-month media
Members may request additional impressions, including months scaled up to 50,000 impressions, subject to inventory, targeting feasibility and current member pricing. Additional media is billed separately.
Performance
Advertising performance is not guaranteed. Impressions are ad deliveries and are not the same as unique people, unique households, clicks, leads, phone calls or sales. One person or household may receive multiple impressions.
Targeting and geofencing
ZIP-code targeting, competitor conquest/geofencing and retargeting are subject to platform capabilities, privacy requirements, available inventory, data availability and other technical limitations. Competitor locations are reviewed before activation.
Claims and comparisons
Any savings, return-rate or performance examples displayed in marketing materials are illustrative or based on stated historical samples. Individual results vary. Market rates and comparable agency pricing vary by geography, inventory, service level and campaign scope.

The 10K Club is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. References to Google Ads are for comparison and media-mix planning. We do not recommend reducing a profitable campaign without considering performance data and business objectives.
